Review on Premium TMC Marine Electric Toilet Small Bowl with Macerator Pump and Flush Control - Five Oceans FO720: Ideal for Boats by Darrion Hudson

I'm a bit disappointed with this product. It has been working fine with scheduled maintenance and cleaning for about a year, but now it has started leaking standing water from the bottom of the toilet. It is to be expected that parts will have to be replaced over time. Simple seal on the motor shaft. I contacted five oceans directly and they told me to buy an electric conversion kit for $180. Why sell a toilet to sell a boat you can't buy parts for? Again, I understand that the seals fail, but if you don't buy replacements, then it's just a disposable toilet bowl that lasts about a year. If I knew that, I would happily spend an extra hundred to buy a name brand toilet. If anyone knows what parts can be adopted from other brands that would be very helpful or five oceans is a copy of another brand I could get parts for that would be great too. Otherwise I'll just buy another brand of toilet to service in the future.
