The best back scratcher I've ever used.
I love it. Keep one by the bed, the other by the chair. My shoulders hurt so I can't reach my back. The head rotates, so you have to be aware of this in order not to cut the side of the skin. The metal head is a little sharper than many scratching posts, so you'll definitely get an itch. If you have sensitive skin it may be too hard for you. I liked the telescopic arm. You can expand it in whole or in part. Would buy it again in a heartbeat.
