I have about 4 pairs of Thai insoles and they are by far the best. You definitely want to invest in a pair of Thai Curved Pads and I like them as they are a bit smaller. This allows you to hold transitions for combos much faster. The padding is thicker so it won't damage your forearms as much. They're a bit stiffer, so it may take a bit of shin preparation to get used to them. I mean something else. it's Fairtex, so its quality is everywhere. I definitely did my homework before I got it and I just don't know if anything compares. There are also Thai top king pads that seem hard to come by in the States but are a lot more expensive and a lot heavier in my opinion. Fine if you want thicker pads but I think they are more difficult to maneuver.
