I have about 4 pairs of Thai insoles and they are by far the best. You definitely want to invest in a pair of Thai Curved Pads and I like them as they are a bit smaller. This allows you to hold transitions for combos much faster. The padding is thicker so it won't damage your forearms as much. I have used them constantly and they are starting to show signs of wear (bought 1 year ago) but all the stitching and leather are still intact.
