Simple to use! Easy for patients even if they have never used this software before! The interface is easy enough for anyone who knows how computers work but not too complicated or overwhelming either so I don't see any downsides at all with it being able to be learned quickly by new users as well. It can only handle one doc per account which some offices may need depending on their workflow. This would benefit companies in having multiple docs open and accessible from different locations without needing more than 1 computer just like Google Docs allows for - perfect! The ability to organize patients in one place for easy access by all staff members was my favorite part of using this software! It has helped us keep track with our billing process as well so we can easily see what needs attention when it comes due dates or insurance changes etc.. There isn't much I dislike about fortemr but there are some features they could improve upon such adding more templates/sections would be nice (more space) however other than those things its been great!!

- Has an option where doctors log into your system through google chrome, making them available anywhere instead off logging onto another program while working remotely outside office hours.
- Can also add notes directly within fields rather then copying text elsewhere
