The noise cancellation couldn't be better!
I wasn't sure if a simple board upgrade would affect the noise level of the Ender 5 Plus. After installing it and running a test print, the noise reduction was incredible. I used to hear the printer working almost anywhere in the house, including the garage. Now I can hardly hear his movements when I'm standing right next to him. I can still hear the fans running, although the board isn't designed to reduce fan noise. Definitely a good investment if your Ender 5 Plus is too loud!
