Customer support has been great! Easy implementation with their own app which is really cool! It is easy to communicate back and forth. There can be some delays when requesting new features or minor fixes to get things moving along. So much more that I love. Sometimes we have complex tasks where it might take a while sometimes to understand what they are after and then what needs to be provided to them. This is something 99 minds is helpful in solving. We use it mostly internally with our clients but are looking into launching an external solution soon. We've been able to solve many problems in terms of creating customer events, customizing offers and providing reporting. I like that it is simple yet powerful software with many different features! It's also very easy to use once one gets used to how things work in this application. If there were more ways of creating groups or categories within campaigns then we would be able to better organize our data as well but other than that everything was great about using their products. We have been solving problems by implementing new tools into our business such as increasing conversions via website optimization (SEO).
