Update: Improved my rating by a few stars because I found the non-stick coating to be very good (flawless). after more than a month of use) as well as the light weight, the large soft-touch handles and the easy cleaning. The steep sides are ok, the food stays in, although it's difficult to turn your wrist. My initial review: I bought the 3 pan set. They're cheap, but the reviews have been really good. I thought they might be suitable for a few years. They are very light, feel like cast iron/aluminum. The handles screw on but are not tightened enough to be flush with the pan and the screw heads are easy to remove. The handles feel good though. The biggest problem is that the largest pan, which I wanted the most, doesn't sit flat on the countertop or glass burner.
