Makes it quieter in spare parts

Got these to replace missing factory rubber grommets on my Ford F-250. Turns out there are TWO designs for the same shock, so it's a crap shoot I need. I leave them as a precaution because the conical ones fit and the truck is quiet. Slightly more difficult to insert than rubber factory bushings, but should last much longer.
