Computer and Accessories Keys Not Responding

The "S" key and left shift key won't press unless you press them in exactly the right place, which to me means I my fingers need to be retrained to properly press these keys (which I seem to use a lot). The rest of the keyboard is what you would expect - simple and comfortable.
