I am very impressed with the customer service as they replaced a hose that didn't last long. Thanks a lot for this! However, the product is less than outstanding. Using these tubes on my daily e-bike ride, I blew out 6 (yes, 6!) tires in two days. Every time I patched holes, a new one appeared. Then I replaced the tube with another of the same kind and they kept coming back. Am I such a loser? Using the scientific method, I replaced these hoses with Bell hoses and noticed how much thicker the rubber is in Bell hoses. Strange, but there are no more apartments. I'm sure if you have steel wall tires this might not be a problem, but then you might not need inner tubes either.
