1) DO NOT download the drivers from the link on the manufacturer's site (Mac OS only, although there is a Windoze driver). 2) Turn off the power, insert a 128GB (NOT 256GB) Sony XQD G-Series card and turn on the power. 3) Make sure the Thunderbolt software allows a device connection (you will see/allow 2 entries - there are 2 controllers). 4) Windoze device manager, find the device with yellow triangle and exclamation mark (possibly other devices, possibly devices with storage technology), right click, update driver, search online for new driver. 5) You should be ready to go. 6) A 256GB Sony XQD card will also work for now. A NOTICE. Before installing a new XQD card using Windoze, you must turn off the device. I was told that this does not apply to CFExpress cards. I got this procedure from Blackjet support who is excellent and helpful. Very fast!
