I saw some reviews and it seemed to me that this is the best choice. When it arrived it felt solid and very well built, but after the initial charge, Bluetooth would only drop out every few minutes. Of course, I charged it fully, but even if the battery is fully charged, there is the same error. I've tried it with two different Android phones and an iPad and unfortunately it doesn't work properly on either of them. I believe my speaker was faulty as it doesn't look like a bad product. I received an email from iFox with a solution to my problem. First of all I would like to congratulate the iFox support team and especially Margot for her quick response and amazing attention. They said they would replace the broken speaker with a new one. Unfortunately the return period has expired so they asked me to buy a new one and they will refund the entire order. brand new 5 stars. UPDATE 2: I already got a brand new speaker and it's been working great so far. I'll wait until the first change is done and let you know how it works (the last one failed after the first change). UPDATE 3: I've already used and charged the new speaker and it seems to be working fine! I want to highlight the excellent support Margot @iFox has received. I am very satisfied with both the new product and the customer support! They easily deserve 5 stars.
