I've only been using this toner for a few days but I can already see a big difference in my skin condition. I'm in my 20's with very dry, sensitive, acne prone skin. I've been going to a dermatologist for years and have mostly had my acne under control except for monthly breakouts, but acne always seems to leave ugly red spots for about a month and then I also have shallow scars on one side of my face. I wasn't sure how this toner would affect me as I'm sometimes sensitive to rose scents, but the scent is not perfumed and I love that it's alcohol-free, fragrance-free and not tested on animals. etc. etc. I've been using the Neutrogena toner in the blue bottle for YEARS because it was always recommended by a dermatologist, but after doing my own research I wanted to see if witch hazel would help my acne a little more. The product is very well packaged so there is no leakage and you can see that you are receiving a quality product (sealed, brand new, in another sealed box). Mister isn't the best (I still jump sometimes if he splashes too much on my face) but I apply it to a cotton swab, then straight to my face and it's not a problem for me. Just don't expect a thin or light mist and you'll be fine. The fragrance is not overpowering and smells of fresh roses. I am 100% surprised to report that the claims are true that this toner not only cools my skin, reduces inflammation from acne and reduces redness on my face. I didn't even know the latter would be a side effect and was really surprised when I re-used it for about the fourth time and found that HEY, my skin isn't really that ridiculous pink hue - most of it just inflammation apparently! I've also noticed that my scars are MUCH less visible without the added redness, and I'm so happy I almost cried at being so embarrassed. I didn't get it with a discount or anything; I'm not getting paid to say this - I bought the toner myself after researching many other tea tree and witch hazel toners for acne on Revain and happened to get lucky with my first choice, so I want to sing its praises. Try this tonic if you're thinking about it! There's a 100% money-back guarantee if this doesn't work for you, so you really have nothing to lose. To Leven Rose: Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for making such an affordable, cruelty-free, quality product! I hope more people find out about you. Edit: I've been using the tonic for over two weeks now and stand by my previous review. The only thing I have noticed since is that I have had a few small white dots/tiny bumps on my cheeks and on my forehead where I have NEVER had pimples like this, but they went away as quickly as they appeared. I had a premonition that this would be the case and I didn't panic, just continued with my usual acne routine. I've also had a cycle of my hormonal flare-ups and I'm happy to say they seemed to go by a lot quicker. as usual! I still have that horrible red aftertaste, but it's actually almost gone! I couldn't believe it. I'll try to remember to edit this if I notice other effects, but for now I can safely say I'll be a regular from now on.
