OMG! I thought I was crazy to buy a $20 toothbrush but it's worth every penny. I am a black woman with very thick and long (waist length) curly hair 3 c. I usually detangle with a wide tooth comb, which usually takes about 15 minutes because I have a very sensitive head, but let me tell you. I detangled in about 5 minutes with this brush and am pain free! The plus was that it defined my curls beautifully! Oh and I told you I NEVER write reviews lol but I had to help the curly haired girl on the fence with this brush!
