
I am an elderly non-technical person who loves convenience. The microscope works great with my phone. You need to install the application on your phone. I haven't downloaded anything to my computer yet. I use this on my iPhone for convenience. The only thing I've come across is the camera button, it's the power button. Camera button on the microscope. I knew you would ask. I had some customer service questions and decided to email the company. I understood with the time change. It was 5am my time. That's when I get up in the morning. I told you that I'm old and went to bed at 6 p.m. after dinner. With the time change I thought I might get an answer in 2 weeks. Hell no, it was instant. uh uh huh. lots of quick replies from a customer service rep named LI. This person replied to the email and was a HUGE help. I was able to use my microscope and then see more TRUBLOOD and EXPANSE on PRIME. I turned off ALEXA because we had a fight with her and she got personal. This whole COVID thing has made her a very busy body. Anywhoo Thanks for reading and don't worry. Get the product if it doesn't suit you, call or email customer service and get help immediately. WITHOUT WORRIES!
