The ability to create custom reports and graphs are two of my favorite features. Being able to upload data from our HMI using an API allows us to see realtime trends. I wish there was more flexibility with how we could set up filters in some cases. For example, if you have multiple machines running at once it can be difficult to find what machine or area of interest you're looking at. Setpoint has allowed me to keep track of all of our equipment and know when something isn't right with one piece of equipment before it reaches catastrophic failure. This helps prevent breakdowns and downtime which saves both money and resources.
