The pins are too short
The pins on this product are shorter than other devices. This means it's constantly losing connection to outlets, unless it's perfectly flat (which is rare given the weight of the charging box, as every little tug on the cord will cause it to lose connection), and sometimes even then . This also means you will hear crackling/buzzing/dangerous-sounding electrical noises. I wish I would like it, I love the charging options but it can't even be properly plugged into an outlet βΉοΈ
