I was trying to use it in my car to power my Garmin Drivesmart 65 I got a message on the Garmin suggesting I use the cable provided by Garmin. I bought this cable because it has an angled plug. The USB cable provided by Garmin has a straight connector which interferes with the Garmin Drivesmart positioning in my setup. The cable provided by Garmin is just long enough to go from the USB power supply in my car to the Drivesmart on the dash. I really thought this cable would work for my application, but I need the Garmin display to be brighter during the day or I can't see it well enough.
