Blindingly bright, use dome cap, no heat, plants grow
The product is very bright. The lamp was larger than a regular light bulb, so make sure you have a large enough dome for it to have. I used it for my succulents. I kept it near my succulents about 6-12 inches a day and at 1 month I'm just noticing a bit of sun stress. But they thrive. I have no other light source to compare myself to. It doesn't get too hot either, which is a good thing. I've ordered another grow light which isn't as dazzling but I think I'll keep it for my plants and buy a larger aluminum dome.
