Great opportunity to adjust placement!
I am building a '51 Chevy Fleetline Fastback and with the adapters I have the best of both worlds when installing the LS on my '51. Although I had to modify the base mounts attached to the frame, I was able to adjust the forward or reverse movement and clean the oil pan without having to purchase a dedicated oil pan. Big applause for the design.
