Great for a guinea pig house. I had a slab where one of the crossbars was not fully connected. It could well be used as a support for the floor. I love that I can customize the shape for my space. I used panels attached with zip ties to make the top. The front row at the top folds down for easier piglet access and cleaning. My piglet loves to run around in his cage so I didn't want to use the center support panel inside. I found a company online that sells a support bar that attaches to the sidebar. It really helps to feel confident and not slack. I decided to build her house on one level and instead build supports and storage underneath. Note that to make the flip cover I used large zip ties in the center where it folds back to allow the bars to move freely, not too much. Friction to break the bonds. The ties that come with the panels are very thin and I ripped a bit trying to fasten them.
