Fantastic but painful

Everything about this product is fantastic. except one. Sound quality is excellent, however prolonged use can cause pressure in the inner ear and even some sort of condensation as your head radiates body heat and the earbuds, while offering such darn good sound quality, also provide an equally good seal - trapping heat and moisture. in your ear, as such. That being said, my biggest complaint is the frame itself. It's not comfortable. Too thick - especially where it rests on the ear. The weight and pressure become downright painful over time. It's not as thin, soft and supple as it should or could be. The second day when I tried it, it was so painful to wear that I accidentally adjusted the backrest higher on my back and even on my head JUST so the "ear hooks" would NOT rest against my ears - causing defeats the whole purpose of walking with something that is behind your head, not above your head. Everything else about this product is great, except that it's a moot point when its use is overshadowed by users' inability to stay comfortable for long periods of time. I've been working from home for a year now - answering customer calls etc. and also play a lot of online games. Needless to say, the cons (pain and discomfort) far outweigh any benefits of this product and will undermine it once you've been wearing it for a while, which is unfortunate as it's otherwise all-round durable. Maybe other users have different experiences? Maybe it's just how close my ears are to my head/pulled back that creates pressure that others wouldn't experience? However, in my experience, ratings have dropped due to sheer discomfort.
