I love my fermentation kit! Covid mania gave me hobbies I didn't know existed and when I saw them I had to start. Whether you're looking to improve your gut health or stock up on doomsday supplies (I might be in for both), this is the kit for you! Other vendors have process parts that you can buy separately, but this kit has everything you need to get started (no glasses). The instructions are easy to follow and the most exciting thing for me is the recipe booklet! Practical, delicious recipes (some of which are even child-friendly?!) that encourage you to get started quickly. Even a Google search didn't turn up that many recipes in this short booklet.
