Review on 🎧 Men's Headphones by Amber Harper

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I love her. great for the price.

What really got me about these Linkwitz headphones was their claimed battery life of "up to" 15 hours. I have another pair of headphones that I use at work and I really like them, but their 3 hour battery life drove me crazy every 8 or 10 hour work day. When I received them, the first thing I did was make sure they were fully charged and then started tracking the battery life. I have to tell you it wasn't three o'clock yet. These things lasted an amazing 23 hours over a 3 day period before running out of juices! This is what I want! After the battery finally died, I connected it to the USB charging box and after 1 hour and 25 minutes the headphones were fully charged again. The look of these inexpensive headphones seems to have been borrowed from many designers. more expensive LucidSound models. I used to have a pair of LucidSound LS40 headphones and while they sounded great, they had many flaws that culminated in their physical failure after only 8 months of inconsistent use. One small thing I hated about the LS40's looks was that the headband looked great in the smallest adjustment position, but when it stretched a bit to really fit your head, the ends of the seemingly solid headband separated from the midsection and left behind Gaps across both sides of the head that were seldom equal in width. This Linkwitz design differs enough from LucidSound's plan to completely avoid this silly problem. Linkwitz also dispensed with the extremely and inexplicably flexible earcups that the LS40 had, which were not only annoying when picking up a pair but were likely a source of unnecessary cable fatigue for a long time. if it was high mileage. Functionally, Linkwitz sticks to the versatile and convenient Bluetooth standard rather than requiring a huge, huge, ugly custom dongle like the LS40. Bluetooth setup was easy and now they connect quickly every time. The range seems a few feet longer than I've experienced with 2 or 3 other headphones at my work place and they resume playback after moving out of range. something that usually required restarting the music or reconnecting bluetooth on my older models. The sound suits me quite well, but to be honest I've heard better. But what do you expect from $22 headphones? My criticism of the sound is that they sound too bassy to slightly muffled in direct comparison with other headphones with excellent sound quality. Now, in practice (as opposed to quick comparisons), my ears quickly get used to the situation and I soon forget and enjoy the music as usual. In terms of comfort, they are excellent. Without putting any pressure on my ears, the extremely soft cushions don't pinch my head with excessive force. There is no noticeable weight reduction due to the long battery life either. Only time will tell durability but for the money I highly recommend this product for now. Edited a month later to say I have ordered 4 more pairs for my family. and have a spare set for yourself. My wife loves them too! Edited again to say that when the price dropped to $10-$12 I lost count of how many pairs of these headphones I bought as gifts. The only thing I don't like about these headphones is the volume control, which is also used to skip forward or back in your own playlist if the music source is playing. I found the switch to be rather annoying when trying to perform the quick lateral thrusts needed to jump or repeat songs. Everything else is great in everyday work.
