I've tried many coats since I've had a dog but ended up sending them back because the sizes didn't match or it said 'waterproof' but it's not- (just recently passed and 90% of OTHERS say it's waterproof BUT IF YOU READ - it says WATERPROOF! NO NOT THE SAME! Dogs have big boobs so Velcro is a big factor - THIS COAT (STILL) IS GREAT!IT FITS WELL - EVEN PUT HIS BELT UNDER THE FLOOR AND ALTHOUGH IT WAS NOT A SHOWER WHEN WE WERE RUNNING - IT WAS A WONDERFUL WALK AND CONSTANT LIGHT RAIN - CAME HOME - IT WAS DRY! --- (Wish he was wearing a rain hat, but if wishes were horses!) I checked the lining and it was dry - so I'm crazy about this coat and highly recommend it (so far) - it's been years away to find one that is truly WATERPROOF. And he certainly looks great in it!
