I just got this pillow today. after I got it out of the packaging, I was able to toss the whole thing into the dryer to get it to fluff up faster and to kill whatever germs it had from the packaging. the moment I got it on my bed, i was really impressed by the size and the softness and I just had to try it out. OMG! it feels great! I bought this thanks to the advice from my PM&R Dr. I am not pregnant. but I do have a severe spinal cord injury from an accident I was in when I was a child. growing up had its challenges and so did trying to get a good nights sleep. this pillow feels great! it takes the pressure off of my hips and lower back. I'm not feeling hot or over heated from the fabric. (it is summer time) but I am really impressed by this pillow. I even recommended it to a good friend who is also having back pain. I absolutely LOVE this pillow!
