I chose this neck pillow because I get really bad neck pain every morning. It wasn't until 3 days after using this pillow that my neck pain started to go away. I thought my old memory foam pillow was putting a lot of pressure on my neck. Also, I was so happy to see something so amazing that is different from other brands as you can easily set your own pillow firmness and height by opening the side and you get an extra cut out of fresh memory foam. Overall I have to say I am very happy with this pillow, the cooling effects work best and stay cool as long as the ceiling fan is on. The other really amazing thing I've never seen in a pillow is the dual temperature effect. I have already recommended this product to my friends and family will buy more as gifts.
