As mentioned in some other reviews, this is a selection of control knobs. I bought 2 of these kits for a 2002 and 2003 Ford Escape. Each car had one of the heater controls broken off at the back and just spinning on the control shaft. You could never tell what setting it was on. Only 1 of 3 grips will fit the Ford Escape (which is why I bought 2). Be careful not to leave the metal insert of the old grip on the shaft or the replacement will not fit fully. Pliers with needles work well. The replacement grips fitted perfectly and have worked flawlessly since installation. But now I have 4 spare pens that fit god knows what - lol! Also, they were a much better deal than going to the dealer.
