I like that they are able to take your ideas, concepts or other materials you have created prior in order to help create something unique from scratch! They were very responsive when we needed changes made during production of our logo (which was used as an inspiration piece).

The communication with them is great because there's always someone available who can answer questions/concerns immediately - no waiting days at time before getting feedback which makes it hard sometimes if things go wrong later down the road!! Great team overall but some people may be difficult depending upon their availability / skillset etc.. Our main goal here has been branding so far; however this will soon become marketing material such as brochures ect...
