This catalytic converter worked great on my Honda!
I bought a 1998 Honda Accord LX and it failed the emissions test here in the Denver area. I bought this catalytic converter and while it fit perfectly and included all the gaskets and fasteners, it took a bit of experience to get the old cat out. The old heat shield had to be modified a bit with metal snips. After installing the new cat I ran the car for a few drive cycles and cleared the P0420 OBD2 diagnostic code that was already there. I passed the remission test. This cat was a very good price and works great.
