Originally when I placed my order, unbeknownst to me the system defaulted to a size medium. When the back brace arrived, I was stoked. Upon opening the package, I noticed that it was well made and it looked very supportive.Unfortunately when I attempted to try it on, it was a bit small. I was disappointed so I reached out to Revain and was informed that they could only replace it for the same size. So I inquired with them about contacting the seller and Revain confirmed that was an option.I stumbled across a pamphlet in the box with a pledge to customer service. So I emailed the seller and they were extremely responsive and helpful! They went above and beyond to fulfill their promise to customer service by sending me the correct size and I am over the moon.This back brace is among my favorites. Great quality, well made, easy to secure velcro, comfortable and adjustable, supportive boning, and it helps with my posture. I have a medical grade back brace but this one feels more supportive and its light weight.I absolutely love this product and I was impressed with their customer service. There is nothing better than getting a great product back by excellent customer service. If ever I need another back brace, I will not hesitate to purchase this product.
