Review on Pacific Ecom, Inc by Evan Zurlo

I worked at Pacific Ecom for over 3 years as a Project Manager. The work was fast paced and very demanding. The team was always working hard and I enjoyed it when they were successful. They had some great projects but there were times where the project manager would be unavailable for weeks at a time. It was difficult to get hold of him or her because he/she was so busy. Sometimes we didn't know what we were supposed to do next. We could not complete a project if the PM was out of town. Communication between myself and my supervisor was sometimes lacking. There are several different departments within PECO. This made communication difficult.
