I've had several portable audio systems in my life - Dock, Bluetooth, even line-in and old-school RCA. I've always been the girl who makes sure we play good music on the road and at parties. So it's important to have good sound everywhere. The problem was that good sound and portability didn't really go together. You get a lightweight speaker, but the bass isn't great, the highs are tinny, and the sound is more or less chaotic. You get a solid dock, but it's heavy like any other and has parts attached that can (and do) break. I recently received the Original Anker SoundCore for the first time. The sound is great, but not amazing. It's not a speaker replacement for a good system, but it's good for casual listening. (Here: https://www.amazon.com/Anker-Soundcore-Portable-Bluetooth-Playtime/dp/B016XTADG2) I chose Soundcore Flare instead. It looked cool, with unique decorative lighting features, a waterproof body, and the ability to connect multiple flashes for an even more immersive sound experience. The design of the pillar was beautiful. The idea of the 360° sound was also tempting. I couldn't wait to try this out! When unpacked, it is well packed and protected. Definitely a lot of thoughts just about looks. The connection is intuitive; Just turn on Bluetooth and pair. But sound? WOW. I was pleased! From heavy bass to lyrical melodies and classical symphonies, this little speaker plays great music! The sound is clear, like playing at a private concert. The bass is bright yet deep, the highs have a crispness and clarity that sounds real. It doesn't look like anyone is trying to amplify the audio to make it louder. It feels like being in the same room where the music is made. I have never heard such a beautiful sound! In addition, the speaker is durable and quite portable. It's lightweight and aside from the initial concern of a pristine new purchase, that worrying sense of potential damage without a protective case has translated into content security in the design. It also meets the 360° claim. Brought Flayra to a friend's house, put her in the middle of the room, to the side, against the wall. The sound hit the ears evenly. Everyone at the party commented on how great it sounded and looked and asked me about the speaker and where I got it from. We played with it and changed the lighting in the app to create a party atmosphere. It was pretty fun. Also of note, the audio was still clear even at low volume, allowing us to just chat and hang out. Absolutely perfect. Watch out for security, there are indeed firmware updates. Something I REALLY appreciate about today's IoT society. I appreciate that Anker takes the safety of their products as seriously as I do! As an example, I've attached a video with a few songs. Be sure to check out Soundcore Flare. I believe you will be as excited as all of us!
