The wand has a handle that's good for my small hands; however, it is too short. I have a hard time grasping the handle to vigorously remove stubborn dirt on some surfaces. For cleaning surfaces that I don't need to scrub hard on, the pen works well. About the accessories: - Cleaning brush: The product description page says "The bristles are very hard." I don't agree with this as several bristles have bent a bit at different angles after repeated use. Also, I can move the bristles as a whole to the front or back of the wand, as well as side to side. However, this brush does a good job of cleaning surfaces and most bristles hold up well. Microfiber Pad: Initially, the pad cleaned several windows well; But the more I use it, the less clean and streak-free other windows are because dirt accumulates on the coverings. So I had to wash the pads with soap and water; I can then continue cleaning with the pads. -- Sponge: This is the weakest accessory. When I attached the sponge to the attachment part of the frame and then removed it from the frame, part of the sponge came off. I can still use a sponge to clean. Note: I was unable to find any information on how to purchase additional sponges in the product packaging that I received or on the product description page. I love how easy they are to put on/remove. Frame at the base of the stick and back. The bottle is easy to remove and put back into the stick. Each time the lever/trigger is pulled, a mist-like spray is released. Overall, this is a decent set of scrub brushes.
