When I was sewing Christmas stockings for our boys, I bought patches individually, but I spent a lot more using this method than if I had bought a large pack to begin with. Now that I have two boys left I bought this pack and caused quite a stir when the other boys realized they could have more than one car on each stocking so their stockings would be refreshed a bit this year.
