Works great. Our old Fellowes shredder didn't have a microcutter, and we regularly "pressed down" the basket to continue shredding. It requires less than that, but still requires it at times. Ours arrived with the 'logo' broken off on the front and Fellowes offered to send a replacement shredder but it seems too big to keep the label on the front. It was nice of you to suggest that, but I'll just find a way to stick it back. We use plastic bags to seal the trash in the shredder drawer and then seal the bags well before throwing them in the trash can. Trash compactor bags are available fairly cheaply at our local discounters. We tried regular garbage bags, but they kept ripping and tearing when we got them out of the bin.
