They are currently paired with a gsx100 amp/dac and I am extremely unimpressed. The amp is ok paired with decent banks, just underpowered. In my opinion, these headphones are complete bullshit. The mic is great, but that's where it ends. There's literally no bass, so everything sounds like it's out of a tin can. It is impossible to listen to music about them. The headband padding is thin and uncomfortable, which wouldn't matter if it sounded decent. Look elsewhere for gaming headphones. I promise you will be disappointed. I love Sennheiser too. I have had tons of their products. When they're good, they're great, but when they suck, they go to the next level of sucking, and that's the worst part. I don't understand how they passed quality control. It's worth noting that I configured them as speaker output exactly as the manual says. I've tried other settings but to no avail. Run them through My Woo Audio WA6SE and trust me they are BAD. I only wrote this review to warn people not to waste their time and money. You will return as soon as possible.
