Sharp razor! for lenses

Excellent Google Mugli, the thing is sharp! The sharpest lens I have. I know sharpness isn't everything, but holy molybdenum. The bokeh has a very slight onion ring. To be honest, if Ken hadn't said anything, I probably wouldn't have noticed. Vignetting predominates, somewhat severe but slightly corrected in post. I personally like it. For those who haven't reviewed the border yet, I'll update it. From what I've read, they don't. Tested: D850 lens shift focus/tilt - perfect (shallow focus, corners) rear/front autofocus - perfect (45 degrees) offset - perfect (Zeiss Star) My tests are far from lab, but they're good enough to show something to say something is wrong with the optics. I tested my Nikkor 24 1.4 and it focused at +3. This is a $2200 lens. Thanks to Ken (angry photographer). This lens is cheaper, better and $600 less than the Nikkor 35 1.4. Tamron is at its best with this lens. I read 4 stars with concerns about side focus issues on the D850. Tamron has a docking bay to fix this, but if you're using the D850, Nikon has already released firmware update v1.10 to fix this. Personally I had no problems but I also updated the firmware before receiving the lens. Photo of D850/Tamron 35 taken with D3200/Nikon 50mm 1.8 series e. Photos of flowers straight from the camera. Haven't changed anything, just cropped 1:1, f3.2 1/320 iso64. It's pretty amazing to be honest.
