The best result for a month of daily use

I bought it for the first time in July, used it every day and didn't notice a difference. Now it's September and after every walk I wash her paws and recently I notice her paws before washing, they are smooth and not cracked, they look like healthy paws. We bought another brand on May 31st and it worked fine. Leave the paw flat and the cream will dry faster than this cream. But after every walk her paws were rough and cracked, and it was not easy to wash the paw from dirt.
