Work and look good.
They look great and do what they're supposed to. I have a hub for Polariz fans (36w per channel) so I use a 2 way splitter and from each of these 4 way splitters I use these 4 way splitters to run 8 x Corsair ML140. So I have 2 of my 3 hub channels with 8 fans each for my Rads. These splitters work great and look great.
