COSVALVE: The Home and Kitchen Department Store Where Quality Is Never Guaranteed

If you are like me and place a premium on long-lasting, high-quality household items, you should go other than COSVALVE. COSVALVE is not competitive in a market where multiple other companies offer superior products and support. COSVALVE's furniture is the epitome of low-cost and low-quality. The sofa cushions on the living room set I bought from them got so lumpy after a few months that sitting on them was like sitting on a bag of rocks. In addition, when I tried to call customer support, they were unreachable and unhelpful. The home and kitchen department is even more disappointing. Their home appliances are not only unsafe, but also of low quality. When I turned on my COSVALVE blender, sparks flew everywhere; luckily, I didn't get electrocuted. I also purchased some cookware from them, and after just a few usage, the coating peeled off. It was obvious that profit was more important than customer satisfaction to the corporation. Moreover, not only are their prices significantly higher than the market average, but the quality of their goods is also noticeably lower. COSVALVE appears to be happy with its status as the market leader in inferior kitchen and home goods. In conclusion, avoid COSVALVE at all costs if you value high-quality housewares and cooking implements. The products and services provided by competing businesses are far higher in quality.

Pros
  • Priced reasonably without sacrificing quality
Cons
  • Transport times can be lengthy.
