Review on Black Audio-Technica ATH-M50xBT Headphones, Size Medium (ATHM50XBT) for Improved SEO by Eh Pyaw Paw ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

No complaints, I recommend the product for purchase.

a week later: I gave the M50xBT back, they put a lot of pressure on my head, even compared to the vise of Senhi 215, the microphone is just useless, I noticed a small squeak in the background, when searching for the device it disappears after 10 seconds, and then sometimes it’s still quiet, but phonite! Apparently not everyone hears these frequencies, because they do not often complain. CSN are just handsome, without any questions at all, they don’t want to, a week later they took the goods back. At the same time, I listened to the Fostex T40RP MK3 - out of the box, not warmed up, on OnePLUS 3t and COWON J3, it makes both Sony WH-CH700N and M50xBT wired into the trash! No chance, extremely balanced ears, vocals appeared! And this is still without an amp, it sounded quiet on the phone because it needs a powerful source, but very high quality! Take a closer look! You don't even feel it on your head! My last review on the Sony WH-CH700N hit the tops here, nice to be helpful. I will make this review different, in MINUSES / PLUSES I will write down a comparison between the models Even if you're not an audiophile (which these ears won't pick up due to their specific mids and slightly embellished bass), the M50xBT has more potential over the wire. And Sony WH-CH700N for the money they are now asking for (8000 r) is a great option for those who want to listen to music via bluetooth, indulge in Google Assistant and a slight noise reduction effect. At the same time, with great comfort, both on the head and with switches, without much loss in sound. M50XBT even after warming up the WOW effect after the "pop" Sonek did not cause. I don't have enough mids, vocals and highs are tight even after EQ. Bass is ok in my opinion.

Pros
  • M50xBT is better - sound on the wire, in Sony it fonit, if you turn them on - general detail, not such a mess as in Sony - bluetooth connection to the device is very fast - ear pads, no matter how hard the bow presses on the head, they are still more pleasant and softer, on Sony ch700n they are somehow cheap and unpleasant - ISOLATION although there is no noise reduction on AT, they isolate almost the same as Sony with NC, in ch700n an extremely simple system, not like in xm3 - the potential in sound is greater, I plan to take a DAC or a whistle ala ibasso d02, so far it doesn’t sound bad from my old Cowon J3, but it clearly lacks power and transparency. With OnePLUS 3T and Huawei MediaPad m3 (type with a DAC), the sound is no better than Sonek in bluetooth. Parity: - AT charges a little faster, works a little longer, although Sonya has an infinite charge for me - a design, like AT, folds up, and becomes a little more compact for transportation, but in fact I’m afraid to twist the cups once again, the design is semi-plastic - both models are of a closed acoustic type, it is approximately equally audible to others what you are listening to there. I had Senhi 215, here you can listen almost at maximum volume, and the person standing next to you will not hear anything. There is not even close to such isolation, which is a pity - they sit on the neck like a noose, that Sonya is that AT - It's impossible to listen to Sonya or AT without an equalizer on my devices, muddy, clamped, dull, even though AT sounds better.
Cons
  • Sony WH-CH700N is better: - stability on the head, do not crawl on the crown - control (separate switching of tracks + rewind) works in all my players and even Vkontakte - microphone is much better, in M50xBT it is ugly - signal stability, where Sonya beats through walls, AT on my devices with Bluetooth 4.1 can stutter in my hands! - they are lighter, more comfortable and noticeably less pressure on the skull (58 cm) - ears don't sweat as much - subjectively, wear resistance, they have not lost their marketable appearance in a year, on AT the skin on the headband is too tight, I feel it will crack - there is an application where you can additionally adjust codecs, EQ enhancing vocals or bass. - Bluetooth audio/video latency is slightly less - on bluetooth, AT sometimes has a small background when they are looking for a device and in other rare cases, in Sonya everything is buzzing by air, unlike a wired connection
