Over a month ago, I placed my chair order. I discovered a damaged seat upon unpacking; I contacted the vendor about the issue, and they said, "factory marriage, sorry, sorry, send us a photo by mail, we will change everything." No answer after sending. Again, I called and was told the email was not received. I resent it while on the phone with the operator. They claimed the letter had arrived and that they would forward the request to the maker. The marriage was then officially verified in writing, and I was assured that I would be notified as soon as the required component arrived at their storage facility. A month has gone since then, and there has been no response or pleasantries. The only number I could find for help returned the message "the subscriber's number is blocked." The chair is not the most expensive option, but it is also not the cheapest. Totally wasteful of your time and money. The vendor has my sincere gratitude for the "prompt resolution of the problem" and the disconnected phone.
