Not specified which side is grounded on the contact side of the device. Too many colors. Although for those who are tech savvy, this won't be a huge problem. For this particular model: simply turn the cut-out side towards the processor. IF your ground pins are on the right side of the system board pins on the motherboard. Otherwise turn it over.
