Like the other reviewer, I REALLY wish this was the last office chair I ever bought. The neck supports are completely misaligned with my spine , enough that it's painful in the neck and completely absent from the lumbar region.(It doesn't protrude far enough to be noticeable, the back rests flat against the chair.) If the description had a recommended height for its ergonomic quality, I would definitely give it a go Giving 5 stars Good material comfortable in every way If you are 5'5 this is a great chair.
