Kingleting Proved to Be a Disappointing Experience

Recently, I shopped at Kingleting, an internet store that specializes in automotive accessories, seat covers, and interior accessories. My experience with the company was less than satisfactory. Despite the fact that their website is simple to navigate and provides a diverse selection of products, the quality of the items I ordered was unsatisfactory. The seat covers that I bought were advertised as being of a high quality, but in reality they were made of a weak and flimsy material that tore very easily. Even though they were supposed to be a perfect fit for my seats, the general construction was subpar, and they did not fit my seats very well. When I tried to get in touch with their customer support team to voice my concerns, I was met with slow response times and responses that were not very helpful. It was abundantly obvious that they had no intention of addressing my concerns or putting things to rights in any way. My overall experience with Kingleting was one that was less than satisfying. Although it is simple to get around on their website, the standard of both their products and their assistance to customers leaves much to be desired. They are not a company that I would recommend to anyone seeking for high-quality accessories for their cars.

Pros
  • Outstanding craftsmanship in product design and building.
Cons
  • There are few opportunities for customers to customize or personalize the merchandise.
