In my opinion, this cable is not suitable for use in audio cables and especially in high-end audio equipment. When using CCA, and in order to achieve the desired results upon delivery, the audio cable must have a certain percentage of copper plating. This was not stated anywhere in the manufacturer's description, which I think is very important and should apply to anyone using this product in high quality audio equipment. When I was soldering bare wires the copper jacket came loose as soon as low heat was applied, not a good sign. This cable might work for other uses, but I wouldn't use it for high frequency audio.
