So installing this thing was in a RUSH, the screws come off right away, make sure you have a bit that fits the screw PERFECTLY or you'll have to screw this by hand deploy. Make sure you also loosen the first hex bolt so you can get the lever out of the way and by the way the hex wrench they give you will NOT fit that particular bolt. otherwise you can't even put a drill there to get screws into the wall. Once you actually get this thing, even though it's absolutely amazing for the price, people who say it won't hold your monitor will. You have to loosen the screws holding the lever in a certain position to tighten the lever for some reason, but it's so good that when you tighten it, you literally lift the monitor UP without touching it, read You just follow the instructions, it's all just because it's the exact opposite of what you think and people probably loosen the arm tension but think they're tightening it. I have a curved Samsung 27" and it holds it with no problems and I can still tighten it PER GROUP so you can work a lot harder.
