Review on 🔌 Fluorescent Power Gear Standard 54388 by Shawn Jimenez

I didn't get a chance to test them in the "tin can" form they are intended for because my fluorescent tube was a very cheap model and the starter broke inside was a "bare" glow tube and a capacitor (at least I think it was a capacitor) with no glass or case around it. So I took a chance and opened up one of them and soldered the contents into the lamp and replaced the burned components. I wasn't even sure of the polarity - which end is which - so I guessed. To my surprise, this clumsy repair worked well and the lamp has been fine ever since!
